Methodology

These benchmarks are based on an analysis of 55 home services businesses across Spokane, Spokane Valley, Post Falls, and Coeur d'Alene. Data was collected from Google Business Profile listings, company websites, and public advertising signals in March 2026. Businesses were evaluated on digital presence signals including review volume, rating, website presence, and advertising activity. Results are aggregated and anonymized.
